In the top poll (if you were in NH, who would you vote for?) Perry is winning, Paul is 5 points back in 4th

In the bottom poll (who do you want to be the nominee?) Paul is in first

so, either

A: Rick Perry fans are lazy as hell and didn't take the time to vote in the 2nd poll

or

B: FNC viewers actually RP to be the nominee
