Write your opinions or the highlights you want to mention then use #STOU. The more people that tweet the hashtag, the more it will trend.

When you go to "Home" it should show your feed (the tweets from people that you follow) this should constantly be updated. If that is where you are, you follow too many people that tweet about the beibler or smiley.
