I definitely think he needs to increase his campaign HQ staff, but beyond that, he needs to have coordinators in one heck of a lot of states. There are a lot of grassroots volunteers that could be better utilized with a little more coordination and direction.
I don't know what the age breakdown looks like for his current supporters, but from what I've seen, it tends to lean towards the younger side. It's absolutely wonderful to have the younger crowd, but it's the older folks that have all the bucks. We need to bring them in if we want to see his campaign fund blast off. He's going to need all the money he can get for advertisement.
