I don't know what it is exactly, but for some reason I have this overriding urge to punch that guy in the face. And I even like some of the words coming out of his mouth.
Anyone else get that vibe??? Something seems weaselly about the way he talks.

Do you like salesmen? Because he is one. And from the wide open eyes and unwavering eye contact, to the compliments, to the earnestness and assurance he puts in his manner and voice, it shows.
If you watched Star Trek DS9 and didn't like Dr. Bashir, that wouldn't help either.

Well, never watched star trek, but I think you hit the nail on the head with the salesmen thing. It feels like he spends hours in front of a mirror trying to get his mannerisms and wording just right to project confidence, but it comes off as hollow to me. Also, it seems like he's read one too many self-help books on how to "manifest his desires"... I don't know... Just rubs me the wrong way. And it feels like he'd be the first to turn on you when you need him most. Heck, maybe he would make a good VP for Trump.
