Ron and McCain only candidates with full delegate slates

Turns out Ron and McCain are the only candidates with full delegates slates here in MD.

Rudy is missing a delegate in CD5, and is missing alternates in CD4, and CD5.

Romney is missing an alternate in CD2.

Huckabee is missing a lot of alternates: 2 in CD1, 2 in CD2, 1 in CD3, all of CD4, and 1 in CD7.

Thompson is missing alternates: 1 in CD4 and 1 in CD6.

So we would be justified in claiming that the only top-tier candidates in Maryland are Ron Paul and John McCain.
