I forgot to post this from last month, my response to the recent Republican Party survey (I had to of course provide clarification to many of its broadly or vaguely written questions), and sorry I had failed to first make a copy to include prior to mailing it off:
6/19/2015
This attachment provides further and necessary clarifications to the included survey:
SECTION I – POLITICAL PROFILE
2, 3, 5. Yes, republican; however, only for Senator Rand Paul, M.D.
8. Other: Drudge Report, Infowars.
10. The whole of the national government should refrain from ever interfering with individual state sovereignty. This is the United States of America after all and not the United Federal of America.
11:
1—School prayer: Church and state are to remain separate; however, school policies or staff cannot prohibit their students from praying, donning religious garb, discussing or expressing their religion or beliefs with the curiosity of others, including participating in traditional American activities, such as Christmas related activities and decor. Ultimately, public school matters are a state issue—that is until the line has been sordidly crossed by quashing individual immutable Creator granted rights.
2—Ban burning of the flag: As already realized by SCOTUS this is a legitimate expression and exercise of speech, excluding cases where another’s person or property is damaged in the process.
2—Ban human cloning: Entirely a state matter; as substantive law enforcement.
2—Ban all abortions: Entirely a state matter; as substantive law enforcement.
2—Faith based initiatives: This clearly violates the separation of church and state. The federal government ought to refrain from providing subsidies at the expense of taxpayers, while affording politicians a covert means of pimping other’s agendas and pet-projects (e.g., James Madison, Veto Messages, February 1811): “Because the bill vests in the said incorporated church an authority to provide for the support of the poor and the education of poor children of the same, an authority which, being altogether superfluous if the provision is to be the result of pious charity, would be a precedent for giving to religious societies as such a legal agency in carrying into effect a public and civil duty.”
2—Fight against same sex marriage: Entirely a state matter; as substantive law enforcement.
1—Ban Federal funds for birth control: This is a clear abuse of its power to lay and collect indirect taxes to ONLY: 1) pay the debts and 2) provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States (U.S. Constitution, A.I,S.8,C.1.)
1—Ban Federal funds for abortions: This is a clear abuse of its power to lay and collect indirect taxes to ONLY: 1) pay the debts and 2) provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States (ibid.)
1—Other: Amend the Internal Revenue Code to: 1) ensure that both administrative due process and bona fide IRS certifications of all penalties, liens, and levies are, in each instance, strictly obliged for all non-SB/SE individuals and filed with local courts as applicable; 2) prohibit the IRS from erroneously applying double civil penalties upon join filers (e.g., 26 USC § 6702) in violation of the doctrine of joint and several liability; 3) prohibit the IRS from erroneously multiplying civil penalties or criminal charges upon filers for what pertains or relates to the same act (e.g., United States v. Peter Hendrickson, 664 F. Supp.2d 793 (E.D. Mich. 2009), two-felony counts for filing jurat required tax documents per tax-period, found guilty of ten-counts in total—these duplicated bogus charges were only later reduced upon appeal); 4) prohibit the mandating of both employer “stoppage at the source” withholdings and the collection of income taxes upon any individual’s basis in earning an honest livelihood, remuneration, and capital as this is direct taxation upon the source in opposition to indirectly taxing what has derived from the source; and 5) require full disclosure that the federal’s withholding of taxes with respect to all federal entitlements for most Americans and U.S. residents is entirely voluntary and that such entitlements are revocable or reducible at any time by Congress (e.g., FICA, SSI, et al.)
SECTION II – GENERAL ISSUES
2. Other: 1) Rapid and continuous abuses committed and left unchecked by federal agencies, including: DHS, IRS, TSA, FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, BATFE, ICE, DEA, USDA, FDA, CDC, PPT (Working Group on Financial Markets), et al, and the U.S. President and his administration, the Pentagon, both the Congress and Senate; and 2) the Federal Reserve System and our fiat nonconvertible currency, which readily permits for the continuous monetizing and devaluation of Federal Reserve Notes (e.g., exponential inflation)—a covert method of hybrid taxation.
* Furthermore, Economy/Jobs, Environment, Energy, Health Care, State Spending, Education, Protecting Traditional Values, Gun Control, Homeland Security (which should only be carried out by each state’s militia in coordination with local law enforcement agencies) are all entirely state concerns.
3. The truth of the matter is that neither political party is capable of handling any of the enumerated items, being that they serve merely to play off one another, all the while masking a childish us versus them mentality upon the populace (e.g., the 49ers are better than the Raiders and will win the next Super Bowl), while covertly serving the very globalist-eugenicist plutocrats that elevated them to the level of an aristocrat.
* The so-called “war on terror” is an epic fraud, an utter failure, and is tragically an international war crime that is historically unprecedented.
SECTION III – DOMESTIC ISSUES CONTINUED
2. Other: The complete and continued bastardization and abuse of the federal government’s power of indirect taxation—notwithstanding the Sixteenth Amendment.
3. Businesses and individuals create jobs—not politicians—with obvious exception to the public sector which still costs businesses and individuals through increased taxation. In government it’s ultimately a paradox, it cannot create jobs without either increasing taxes or regulations, or both—which reciprocally creates uncertainty and makes America less competitive.
5. Yes, the Internal Revenue Code should be compiled into positive law once and for all, while maintaining its pari materia and defining the bona fide breadth of constitutional income as depicted throughout preceding congressional records and America’s original intent—the federal government lacks the constitutional authority to perpetually collect over $2-trillion from the general populace each year; and the foundation of our U.S. Constitution only ever intended to impose direct taxes under exigent circumstances. Further still, the federal income tax itself was only ever intended to be a temporary tax measure to support war efforts.
8. It could only help the economy, for the simple reasoning that minimum wage dependent employees live from paycheck-to-paycheck and dollar inflation outpaces minimum wage increases, ultimately compelling them to spend their low sum of wages right back into the economy; and even in cases where they had made efforts to save up for short periods of time so as to afford larger purchases this rational still applies. Additionally, businesses regularly overcharge for their products and services, regardless, thus, if they cannot afford a small increase in the pay of their employees as an added cost of business, they are already nearing the closing of their doors.
10. More than that however, “Barack Obama”, Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, Hilary Clinton and each of their coconspirators should each be in the process of being criminally tried and convicted—and impeached as applicable.
11. Regardless, it is entirely a state matter, while respecting that the II Amendment is an immutable right. However, it must be seriously considered that elements within the federal government are likely involved in staging such incidents, while indicting or assassinating patsies, all in a desperate effort to foment an anti-gun agenda that has been increasingly failing to garner public support. For one the FBI has been increasingly getting caught with its hands in manufacturing such sting operations, while the entirety of the federal intelligence gathering community continuously fails to cease or thwart such acts, then only later the public is made aware that they were in possession of key information beforehand permitting them to do so if they had simply acted. The reality however, is that gun violence is down by around 50% over the last two-decades. The true concern is the militarization of local law enforcement departments under expanding federal grants, funding, and training (see: President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s Farewell Address, 1961, Pt. “IV”.)
12. Yes. However, health care, insurance coverage, and malpractice torts are properly state matters. As Dr. Benjamin Rush stated: “The Constitution of this Republic should make special provision for medical freedom. To restrict the art of healing to one class will constitute the Bastille of medical science. All such laws are un-American and despotic. ... Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution; the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship and force people, who wish doctors and treatments of their own choice, to submit to only what the dictating outfit offers. The Constitution of the Republic should make a Special provision for medical freedoms as well as religious freedom.”
13. No, all such federal entitlements, including the PPACA should be disclosed as being fully voluntary (noting certain limited exceptions under statute would apply) and should be left to compete with free market capitalism, and if any such federal programs should fail as a result, that then only serves to verify the success of the free-markets and of instilling true capitalism policies.
16. No, rather the federal government should return vast portions of the lands in its possession to the several states to enjoy and use to their liking. The federal government has no constitutional authority for maintaining possession of so much realty so as to impose its heavy handed jurisdictional control over or to benefit from politically whenever the need arises and always at the expense of taxpayers.
SECTION IV – NATIONAL DEFENSE
1. No, the reality is that “Barak Obama” has been expanding foreign war efforts all throughout his time as president; he is just going about it quietly and secretively. Besides, why do we even need a military power at present—being that that Congress has failed in its constitutional duties to authorize such wars by first declaring them, the last being 1941/1942. …And yet America is currently in turmoil with nearly a dozen other nation states due to its horrific international policies and backstage string-pulling.
2. Considering that the Unites States has been secretly arming and funding ISIS, which is simply the CIA’ Al Qaeda startup rebranded—which was necessary due to it recently made public that U.S. forces are now allied with Al Qaeda—they should probably just stop arming, funding, and invading their tribal, agrarian nations to drone-murder their families, while destroying their cities in the process and guarding their international heroin trade, which is now flooding inside of America’s borders.
5. It is irrefutable that 9/11 was a series of intentionally staged incidents (e.g., the FBI even had hands in permitting the 93’ WTC bombing to occur, the Branch Davidian incident was a black ops cover-up, the Alfred P. Murrah bombing was conducted by the BAFTE itself as its agency was then facing the legislative chopping block, the hurricane Katrina “refugees” debacle, Aurora Theater and Sandy Hook shootings, Boston Bombing, etc.), including the subsequent Anthrax mailings, falsified reports of yellowcake uranium, unceasing terror level news alerts, etc., all to advance the “new world coming into view”, “a thousand points of light”, “a new world order”, and the “plan for a new American century”—the century long ubiquitous international war on “terror”, while providing a logical excuse to surrender or suspend the immutable rights, defenses, and privacies of Americans at home for fear of anyone daring to object as being labeled a conspiracy theorist, unpatriotic, “sovereign”, or unsupportive to our troops fighting abroad.
i. “Do you know the country without freedom, the country of terror and tyranny? Yes, you know it well, but are afraid to talk about it. They have intimidated you to such an extent that you don’t dare talk for fear of reprisals. Yes you are right; it is Germany—Hitler Germany! Through their unscrupulous terror tactics against young and old, men and women, they have succeeded in making you spineless puppets to do their bidding.” — Helmuth Hubener
ii. “If you have nothing to hide—then you have nothing to fear.” — Joseph Goebbels, Minister of Propaganda of Nazi Germany
Sincerely,
WW
