Research Paper for Ron Paul

I am trying to write a research paper for my English class (if its good it has the potential to being published). Anyways I need to argue a point and I am thinking small government is a good idea. What points would be good to argue. Can any of you think of scholarly articles relating to this topic or perhaps terms I could search or (using the Library of Congress system) to find what I need to do. I think this paper could become very valuable if I get good information for it. Any ideas would be welcomed.
