I heard RP say there should obviously be some government regulations in health care. Many “libertarians” agree. I don’t. Many also agree with regulations on food, especially food service and food labeling. Do you agree? I don’t.

Is this the final litmus test for libertarianism? Should it be on the “smallest political quiz”?

Would you mind posting a video or transcript, in context, providing something to "discuss"?

I heard him say it during an interview a few years ago. I’ll look for a video. In case I don’t find it, I assume we can still discuss the concept.

For example (conversation starter): check out the government requirements for a “certified kitchen” in California, in order for an individual to prepare and sell food. No wonder the price of food is so high.

I bet ya didn't.

I bet they don't... and if they do, they aren't libertarians - not in the true sense of the world, anyway.

I don't agree with state-enforced regulations.
