Reassign most active precinct leaders from states whose primaries/caucuses are over..

...to remaining states that will be having elections.

You could pretty quickly fill in the precincts in counties with a density not yet seen during this campaign. Imagine 50% to 60% coverage per state.

We can call to ID Voters, but....

If we could sign up for a precinct that has no one to cover it, we could follow our stats, just like we did for our own precincts. & Follow up on the people we call, send letters, etc. Some don't like doing voter ID, & may be better at conversion.

Also, the day before the election, maybe it would be better if we were at least talking about Ron Paul, instead of only mentioning him in the list of people to vote for.
