A Few thoughts on this Cost of War counter!
since only 2001 . we have now been at war for 12 years, Should we have spent $1.4 TRILLION ? should we continue until 2015 (the scheduled official withdrawal date)?
What could we have done with $1.4 Trillion spent in the us? here are a few ideas ,
create enough solar and wind farms to power every home in america.
Develop a 100 mile per gallon car affordable to everyone ?
or maybe END HUNGER IS AMERICA ,
$1 Trillion would pay back every student loan in america.
How many jobs would be created if we spent $1.4 Trillion at home?
What would the economy look like today?
who has children 12 yrs old or younger (We have been at war there ENTIRE LIVES)!
The worst part of this post
In the Time it took to write this and post it $ we have just spent another $2 million dollars for the afgan and iraq war!
But that's ok , let's just worry about going to sleep and getting up for work tomorrow and just ignore all the big government , Warmongering politicians, who spread hatred of the USA all over the world and just let them create another 60,000 New laws in 2013 (just like they did in 2012) to control every aspect of our lives while squeezing every penny we work hard for!!!
Or maybe, Just Maybe , we might someday say enough is enough come together and Fire (impeach) these pricks and take our freedom and hard earned money back!
