On Monday, the Kentucky senator released an ad playing off the theme song of computer villain Carmen Sandiego titled, “Where in the world is Marco Rubio?”

So Rubio says he is conservative and he will slow down this debt deal and then he doesn't even show up to vote? Rubio is all bark and no bite. Is it time to resurrect the Ron Paul meme as a way to remind people who is who?
