Aloha,
I am going to District 14 in Texas to help out in both of RP's races. While I have scrounged up enough to fly there, I will be without wheels and dependant on those who are putting me up. While this is fine, I feel it would be more effective for me to have a car/gas-money/etc. This will help in a few ways:
1- I will not be an additional logistical concern for those who are already very busy.
2- I can provide GO-FER services.
3- The car will be a rolling billboard using magnetic signage and window chalk.
I am raising money for this a couple ways:
1- EBay - I have just joined to put up a couple of items:
a- A signed copy of Ron Paul's essay; Mises and Austrian Economics - A Personal View. This was given to me the day Dr. Paul and I went for a little ride together. <<link>>
b- A baseball signed by the '57 Brooklyn Dodgers, including rare autographs of Sandy Koufax, Pee Wee Reese, Duke Snider, among others. <<link>> [edit - this item has been taken down temporarily and may be sold privately]

As many of you know, I have left my "life of riley" existance in Hawaii to do everything I can to promote this campaign. For those of you that don't know, I have:
1- July - Walked 130 miles on a 5 day march around the the island of Oahu carrying a sign and raising awareness of Dr. Paul.
2- Oct-Dec - Pedalled a bicycle over 3500 miles from LA to DC, pulling a "billboard" trailer and raising awareness for Dr. Paul
3- On my own dime, I have gone to both NH and SC to help out.
4- Covered 2 precincts from my home here in upstate NY.
5- etc./etc.
Please help if you can. My personal funds are very low as I have barely worked since joining this effort. The chip-in and e-bay are both set to expire after the primary, but I can borrow off of the amounts... As a Ron Paul Republican, with a proven track record, I assure you all that any money raised will be responsibly spent on doing the job intended.
