These 2 questions are popping up more and more in interviews but Ron seems to avoid answering them. They arei mportant to the American people and need to be addressed. Essentially, the questions state - OK, I like your ideas but can you make it work?.

1) How would Ron Paul be able to work with Republicans and Democrats in Congress?

Perhaps something like....'The constitution transcends party lines. Every Republican and Every Democrat takes an oath to preserve and defend the constitution. I'm certain they take that oath seriously. A renewed faith in the constitution and protecting our citizens is a message that both parties can embrace and it's a message that will never divide our nation.'

2) How would Ron Paul accomplish the changes he wants to make?

Perhaps something like....'I can immediately reign in the empire by bringing our troops home. This will have an immediate and positive effect on the economy I can immediately end the spying on Americans. Once congress and the people see the benefits of these actions, they'll be more receptive to implementing the phasing out of other government programs.'

My 2 cents.

Good points. Also, and RP has mentioned this before. "If you've noticed there are a few politicians in Washington, and if I when I am elected President, think they will recognize that as a mandate from the people and they will know that their jobs probably depend on working with me."

I have heard him answer these questions in pretty much the way you have described, especially in relation to the Constitution although your answers seem more punchy. You should send an email to him directly and ask about this.

On Bill Moyers he did say that he has transition programs for all his plans and gave Social Security and Medicare as two examples because a lot of people depend on them. He has also made it clear that the first thing he would do as commander in chief is to bring the troops home because the President has direct authority in foreign policy. He has made mention of the fact that the trillion dollars spent on foreign deployments would be better spent at home.

Although his answers are not always all in one place they are there. Don't forget he has introduced many pieces of legislation into Congress over the years and these would be resurrected. Also remember that if he is elected then he will have the support of at least 50% of the American people. Members of Congress depend on the same people to elect them so they will cooperate if only for reasons of self survival.

The Presidency is a much better pulpit from which to preach the freedom message that the floor of the House. Dr. Paul has been preparing for this moment all his political life.
