I was recently looking through the new immigration bill HR 4088 http://legislators.com/congressorg/...thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c110:H.R.4088: and I came across something troubling. In section 201 subsection B 8 it states (8) STATE INTERFERENCE- No State may prohibit a person or other entity from using the E-verify program to verify the employment authorization of new hires or current employees. Does this have any conflict with the 10th Amendment? I called representative Shulers office and asked about that i got an aid that rambled about federal law. Can anyone explain how this works to me?
