Too many crooks getting let off

I think they should only be allowed 3.

Of course, the Three Pardons Doctrine. It’s included in the ancient Law of the Lamp, ratified in the Agrabah Accords and enforced by one very blue, very overworked civil servant with cosmic powers and a flair for impressions. But after that? Sorry. Anything beyond three, and you’re not a president - you’re just a guy with a lamp and a list of cronies.

So, there are a few provisos. The President can’t pardon anyone for treason. Nor pardon anybody who subverts justice to bribe or blackmail Congresscritters into loving and agreeing with the President. And definitely can’t pardon anybody who breaks election laws to bring presidential approval ratings back from the dead. It’s not a pretty picture. And finally, ixnay on pardoning the pardoner. Even Genie had limits. Infinite cosmic power … itty bitty ethical constraints.
