POTUS 2024 declared candidates

I saw Joe Manchin on CNN yesterday and Jake Tapper was pushing him to declare that he will be running for POTUS as an independent. I thought is was a bit late for independent candidates to get on the ballot in most states by now, so I looked it up:

Looks like independents have until July or so before most States deadlines, but NC, NY and NH have deadlines in March, May and June (respectively).

(apparently, this guy has 3 pledged delegates, according to Ballotpedia)
