Are you a delegate or planning on being a delegate to your state's convention? If so, you should (replaced: MUST) study and learn Robert's Rules of Order. This is the procedure by which many state delegate selection conventions are run. It is called "parlimentary procedure" and imho is a must-know for all delegates.

Knowing Robert's Rules was how the Nevada delegates were able to capture the convention in Ron Paul's favor....until the state GOP shut the convention down.
