Plan(s) and Scenarios for delegates at RNC?

All right, I think I've covered all the potential scenarios for our delegates at the Republican National Convention in Tampa next week:

1) Nominate Ron Paul from the floor, have him become Presidential Nominee
2) Force Ron (or Rand) to become VP Nominee
3) *New* Nominate Paul Ryan for President (Lesser evil than Romney, might actually win)
4) Rewrite party platform to actually follow the US Constitution, End the Fed, etc...
5) Election Day, vote for Gary Johnson (L) or write-in Ron Paul

Did I forget anything?
