The good news is since I live in the city I am able to keep pretty good tabs on the sentiments of the public here, and almost everyone is in favor of the developer. The city is getting blasted for this, and rightfully so.
Philadelphia has thousands of vacant lots that are in similar condition, and they should be thanking this individual for doing something that the city bureaucracy was incapable of handling.
The best part is the City said he was trespassing and wanted him to return the lot to the prior condition. So, I guess he should have hauled back in all the trash and debris he took out?
