Paul supporter may run against Klobuchar

It seems to me that Bills is the best choice, and Severson a second. I looked up the third guy running for the GOP Senate nomination, Pete Hegseth, and he's super bad news.

He is a complete neo-con. I don't use the term lightly. He's one of the few military veterans who strongly supported staying in Iraq and Afghanistan. His "Veterans for Freedom" group is promoting further interventionism over seas. I believe it even has Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) ties.

It looks like the MN Senate primary in the GOP really could be a battle between liberty activists against the neo-con establishment.

Klobuchar has to go but I think her district is super Democratic. I don't see anybody beating her unfortunately.

This state is full of morons. Never have understood why people are so blind. Humphrey, Ventura, Klobuchar, Franken.... land of 10,000 lunatics.

I love your optimism! You're great at building bridges too!

I like how Bills hammers away at the economy issue, however I think Severson sees the bigger picture. He is the only candidate who consistently emphasizes the importance of returning to the Constitution

The difference between Bills and Severson is that Bills actually believes what he is saying. He understands economics as well as Paul does. Severson, while being miles ahead of Hegseth, is saying all the right words to try and get liberty supporters behind him. We need to be cautious about people who see the liberty movement and want to take advantage of it. Bills' votes as a representative in the Minnesota house proves he is a defender of liberty. While he doesn't specifically mention the Constitution, everything he talks about follows the Constitution. Hammering away at the economy is how Bills will beat Klobuchar.

Minnesota is politically bi-polar. We voted in Mark Dayton for governor while voting in GOP majorities in the state house and senate for the first time ever. Bills is quite capable of defeating Klobuchar. He won his house seat from a very well liked incumbent democrat by hammering away about the economy, debt, and deficits. He will be able to defeat Klobuchar with the same message.

Everything he talks about? He never leaves monetary policy. Look, I understand the significance of sound monetary policy but that issue is not going to stand in the general election

I do not understand where the sentiment that Severson is being disinegenious is coming from. 1. Supports the FairTax 2. Has proposed introducing Sunset Provisions to apply to all federal agencies and using the Constitution as a litmus test 3. Supports ending the FED AND he has stated all this prior to there even being whispers of Bills entering the race

Let us not forget that while in the legislature Bills was a part of the majority that voted to raise the state budget. Severson did the opposite while in the minority.

You forgot the most obvious one, and my representative, Bachmann. :(
