Patriot Firefighter Stands Up to Border Patrol Agent with Constitution

Wow --- I have to give it to that guy, he's got a lot of patience.

This is the baptist pastor that was recently beat and tazed.

I think he just happened to be wearing a firefighter shirt.

What a bunch of jelly doughnut eating un-American dirtbags.

"we're protecting the backfield" hahaha They should be on the front line and on a diet.

Nothing worse than a law enforcement officer that makes the uniform look like a potato sack.

Note that they continue with the same narrow minded attempt again and again. Then the "good" cop tried to make friends with him, "I'm just making conversation".

I love this kid!

I hope if I am ever in that situation, I'll have the guts to defend my rights as well.

After reading the 14th amendment post, as a citizen of the United States, does he (do we) even have those constitutional rights he was stating? like 4th amendment.. or did that all end in 1868?

Indefinite Detention without cause is more or less legal.

Especialy if you're a hacker.

Great video! Best thing I have watched in a while. Long, but worth it. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

If he has an RP bumper sticker they have probable cause in several states.

Denying a search cannot constitute an illegal search. Lack of cooperation does not give an officer mere suspicion.

But apparently in the above-mentioned Border Patrol case, it gave the BP and Arizona DPS cause to taser an unresisting Bapist minister multiple times... or at least that seems to be what the Border Patrol is claiming.

What a bunch of thugs.

From the blog of the minister who got tasered (scroll down to May 12):

Let's get this dude on Freedom Watch.

EDIT: I bet while they had this guy detained, a half dozen illegals crossed the border in the middle of the desert, completely bypassing the checkpoints.

I mean, we really need to consider the lack of logic behind these checkpoints. If I were trying to get in illegally, I don't think I'd drive through a checkpoint saying, "Open up boys, I'm comin' in!"

Same thing with anti-gun legislation (like registration). The criminals don't exactly jump through the hoops like law abiding citizens.
