Press Conference at 10AM at the Press Conference room!

The Resolution to introduce a bill refusing compliance with United Nations Agenda 21 has been filed and is now available for co-sponsorship online. Here is the bill we are seeking co-sponsorship on:

House Joint Resolution 983 (H983)

http://www.ncleg.net/gascripts/BillLookUp/BillLookUp.pl?Session=2011&BillID=h983

And here is a copy of the bill that it authorizes the introduction of:

https://docs.google.com/open?id=0ByAbMc4d18WVR0VIUjN0ZUVBdnM

We need 2/3 support in both chambers on the Resolution in order to introduce the bill itself, and then we will only need a simple majority to pass the noncompliance bill in question.

Thank you in advance for your valuable support!

Also available online for co-sponsorship is a resolution to oppose the suspension of Habeas Corpus that is found in sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012. This has already been overwhelmingly nullified by Virginia in a bipartisan vote by the invocation of the 10th Amendment. Our Resolution is not nullification, but a simple statement of opposition. House Resolution 982 (H982):

Please consider co-sponsoring this bill as well as HJR 983.

The North Carolina Patriot Coalition, Oathkeepers, and myself will be holding a press conference in the press conference room at 10AM on Thursday, May 17th to discuss both of these bills.

Thank you!

Now that a Federal Court has issued an injunction against section 1021 of the 2012 NDAA, this resolution is more critical than ever. The injunction is almost certain to be appealed to a higher court, perhaps eventually the US Supreme Court, and whether or not North Carolina signs on to opposing the suspension of Habeas Corpus may make the difference as to how that higher court rules.

Now we have the momentum, and it is time to press the advantage. When you have the enemy on the ropes it is not time to let up!

With the lower court ruling that section 1021 is unconstitutional, there is no longer any excuse for members of the General Assembly to waiver. We now have evidence along with the momentum that we are and have been right all along.

The Patriot Coalition is gathering people to walk the halls of the General Assembly tomorrow, and we have a press conference from 10AM to 10:30 AM to discuss the introduction of this bill and the Agenda 21 bill.

Come down to the NC General Assembly tomorrow, let's make history in North Carolina, and walk the halls with the Oathkeepers and the Patriot Coalition and let's bring this home!

Please contact your NC Legislatures.

Without calls from constituents, our elected officials will not vote YES on the Resolution to Amend the Agenda

http://www.ncleg.net/gascripts/BillLookUp/BillLookUp.pl?Session=2011&BillID=h983

We can just sit by and let them take our property, move us all into controlled communities and we are done as a Free Nation. If any of you are familiar with polls, they usually contact 400 to 500 people. If our legislatures do not get at least that many calls, we will become the model Agenda 21 State. We are now a test state for Agenda 21. Please do this for your freedom. Do this for your family's freedom. Do this for America's freedom.

Please! Let's get this done.

I am glad I found this I will be calling my rep to get behind this bill. Thank you Glenn for all your hard work.

I wrote a guilt email to all Republican NC Senators and NC Representatives. The NCGOP Resolutions committee is presenting an Anti-Agenda Resolution at the State Convention in June.

I asked them to get behind the NC voters and vote yes in HJR983.

I look to Glenn as we in Mississippi lay plans to counteract some of the egregious, counter-constitutional national legislation effecting our state. You are many steps ahead of us and we will watch and learn. Thank you for your tireless efforts, they have not gone unnoticed.

Please consider meeting Jeff Lewis and I at the bridge outside the NC General Legislature in Raleigh. Jeff plans to visit the office of every member of the House Rules Committee in order to influence them to advance H982 (Resolution in opposition to indefinite detention in the 2012 NDAA) and H983 (Nullification of Agenda 21).

Wed. 5/23 at 9:30 AM

That's tomorrow. Glen has a meeting in the AM but should be able to meet us around 10AM.
