Pretty amazing. I was critical of the project at first but now that the federal reserve recommendation doesn't lead to the Zeitgeist movie, I think this project is pretty awesome. I mean, imagine millions of people all over the country getting these and reading them. This may just have a big impact on the race. These may have had some effect in Iowa too!

Did the campaign ask people to cease and desist on this? Something about it hurting more than helping? Conspiracy videos or something? Did we just ignore their reques to stop?

As I have been saying, these need to go to early caucus states and the primary states with low turnout. Allow the campaign to focus on the big states.

I think it's too anti-Fed. If voters don't already know the destructive power of the Fed, and if they don't know how interest rates work which leads to the misallocation of wealth and then bubbles and rising prices, then it's gonna sound a little too conspiratorial. I agree with everything in there, but for the average voter some of it might be a little too much/go over their heads.

This stuff isn't easy to understand for the lay person.

Not sure if the campaign asked them to stop, if they did I definetely wouldn't support this project. I think the conspiracy video has sort of been fixed cause it doesn't link directly to the Zeitgeist movie though it comes up as second when you search for it.

Do they make profit off the super brochures? I have no idea. I haven't heard any info regarding that.

Definetely agree though, better to focus on phonebanking!

As for ending the fed on the super brochures, I agree most people probably wouldn't really understand it. The brochures probably could be fixed up. I can see how they've created a lot of controversy altho they have some potential for good too. Their overall effect on voters, I have no idea what the average person would think.

we got one at my house in California about a month ago. Was a really nice flyer well done.

From what i understand there is no profit. The design was donated and the brochures are being sold at cost plus cost on postage. If i recall from what Curt came and told my meetup group in person about them, it was a break even project. (BTW, all the rest of the ronpaulproducts.com gear is break even or costing them money :X

New brochure suggests watching a Youtube called How Money Is Created. Leads to the video which was Uploaded by godisafrauddotcom. I haven't even watched the video yet. Just ANOTHER oversight?

Ah, that's pretty bad. We may have to fix that somehow like we fixed the federal reserve one. They should be more careful about who the videos are being directed too. Something like this could easily alienate a lot of religious voters. Probably a good reason to give more support to the official campaign over super brochures.

3.5 million? Source? Why are only like 70k going to South Carolina right now?

Yeah, not exactly the kind of Word we need when trying to win a republican primary in IOWA... I tell ya, some of these people just have no flippin sense! It's irrelevent how one feels about this, but what is relevent is playing to the demographic.

It's amazing seeing how Daily Paul is 100% behind this brochure project and helping fund it, yet Ron Paul Forums is nothing but negativity.
