That ad doesn't seem like a game-changer at all.

The ad may not be a game changer but the amount of times it will be playing is. $228k is a lot for a district given that Bentivolio has raised a total of $228k through September 30.

It's an overtly pro-Obamacare ad in a district that is primarily conservative. I could be wrong, but my gut tells me it isn't going to swing the race.
