Okay, when this debate gets youtubed. Go to the question to Romney about if he would do what Ronald Regan did to social security. You will hear a whisper "raise taxes", then Romney says that he won't raise taxes

Its like someone is telling him what Ronald Regan did!

I heard whispers in other moments too but they weren't as clear, didn't even pay attention to them, but this was VERY noticable.

I clearly heard it too....and I also assumed it was McCain or one of the other candidates trying to wisecrack. Not sure if this was a presidential debate or a Comic Relief special most of the time.

Definitely heard someone say "raise taxes", but I don't see how it could have been an earpiece. I find it very unlikely that the mic would pick that up. I have a feeling one of the other candidates whispered into the mic jokingly. It had to be someone with a mic that said it.

I didnt hear what others where hearing but I did think that the question was a setup for Romney when I watched it, especially when Russert had to back Romney up there.
