“The exchange of one type or form of legal tender for another type or form of legal tender shall not give rise to any tax liability.” This clause would also specifically repeal the state’s capital gains tax on gold and silver specie.

The Arkansas bill passed the State Senate today and is on it's way to the Governor's Office.

Not as worried about the state senate as Gov. Stitt. We may have to find a way to press him.

The governors of those states better sign those bills or else be met with torches and pitchforks.
