CNN said results might not be released if it's close due to a cancelled caucus in the Northern part of the state because of snow...stay tuned

Its 1-3 inches...honestly, people in maine have dealt with much worse. On top of that every other county is done voting, Washington County wont matter that much unless its very close

Wolf just said on CNN that Washington County in the north will have to delay their caucus until next weekend because of a snow storm. He mentioned that it may effect whether or not they announce the results tonight. BTW, here is how Washington County voted in '08 , 51-McCain 40-Romney 8-Ron Paul 8-Huck

They are going to delay a whole state's vote because of one county with about 100 votes? WTF?

Funny, since current radar shows no weather of much consequence over Washington County (the one farthest east)

I could see the announcement being, "the race is close, and ron paul leads by 185 votes, but we're not able to declare a winner yet as we await the results of the Washington County caucus next week". That way paul can win Maine and never get to celebrate it. I doubt it would receive any coverage next week.

How many likely votes are in Washington?

It might not matter as far as announcing who wins. When Mittens and Santo are winning states they are declared "Winner" with 97% of the vote yet to be counted.

They are really trying to delay a Ron Paul win as much as possible....

That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. If we are up by 500+ then they better call it for Paul.

Less than 100 people voted in 08, so it hardly has a major impact on what goes on in the state overall....unless the race is very close

It's the eastern part of the state. Washington County.

The last caucus is on March 3. the Maine GOP knew this when they decided on their big party for Feb 11.
