This just isn't Chicago. I lived in South Korea when I was a kid in the 1980s. A friend's dad was a Korean cab driver in downtown Seoul by the Army base. He said they preferred white Americans because they tipped, next came Koreans, then if it was really slow they'd pick up black Americans.
