Real English translation:
“Under command of Big Brother and Big Sister, the entire central authority is taking a progressive stance against individuals in all states, conquered nations, and seized lands in the path of the impending natural disaster against which the central authority is impotent. Do what we tell you to and no one gets hurt.”

I want emancipation from this "family".
