Interesting take on the political aspects of it.

I agree w/ Roll Call and think it would help Obama if it's struck down, but I really don't think it will be.

On the other hand, if Obamacare fails and it doesn’t create jobs, Obama will have to try and figure another way to spin this or we may be looking at Mitt Romney in the White House in January. And, that my friends is truly a good thing.

I also don't think Barry's Big Fascist Medical System has much to do with companies not hiring.

Is Romney in the WH a good thing? I have my doubts. If BBFMS is stuck down, we'll get the "right's" version of top-down, govt controlled medical care reform. The collapse will happen in the next four years, and if a "conservative" is in the WH, the Amerikan sheeple will blame them for it.

Let O Duce be at the helm with the USS Amerikan Empire goes down, I say. It will be better for liberty in the long run.
