They can say it was done in response to any of the following if needs simple justification:
- Ongoing attacks on Christian Villages in Syria by foreign supported Al Qaeda linked terrorists
- Number of homeless Veterans in US being doubled in last two years under OM's watch ( http://www.armytimes.com/article/20121226/NEWS/212260303/Number-homeless-Iraq-Afghan-vets-doubles )
- This shocking video showing oppression of some Turkish people:

Maybe I am being polite, in fact end all foreign aid to all perpetual foreign welfare states (Saudia, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Pakistan to name a few) and end this culture of depedency, political prostitution, corruption, proxy wars, blowbacks etc. Ocassional humanitarion aid to helpess people of a region/private donations to charity is one thing but this state sponsored culture of foreign puppet mastery and engineering corrupt, oppressive, blowback generating parasite regimes gotta end.
What is stopping this?
