Martial arts training...
* Supports local business
* Is great exercise (keeps you healthy)
* Is a good way to meet new people
* Teaches responsibility
* and of course...teaches self defense
I encourage everyone here to check out Ju-Jitsu, Tae-Kwon Do, Karate, kick boxing, whatever. I've been doing one for only a few months, and the results are astounding. Not just in my body, or my skill, but my attitude. It's time for us to start living freedom.
