North Dakota pipeline leaks crude oil, 3mn gallons of fracking byproduct

Nearly 3 million gallons of saltwater and an as yet unknown amount of crude oil have leaked from a northwest North Dakota pipeline into a creek that feeds into the Missouri River.

Officials have called the leak the largest of its kind in state history.

Ok. I'll admit I have no strong position either way on Keystone.

But how do we know this isn't the opposition to Keystone that is just trying to prevent it?

Would be ironic for sure if environmentalists are willing to destroy the environment in order to prevent destruction of the environment.
