Right now Ron Paul is polling third in IA. He has been favored to show well in NH. I would expect he would be a top candidate by any standards and certainly by his fund-raising.

Well, we don't know that they aren't planning to include him. Perhaps the campaign just hasn't responded yet?

We do need to pay attention to this. But starting January 1, 4Q fundraising will be in the news. And I don't see how they could exclude a candidate who has raised more than any other GOP Candidate---and perhaps more than any Democratic one as well.

If they did exclude him it would be a huge opportunity for Paul. A massive demonstration and protest outside. I think a lot of people would be pissed and go to the polls.

There's a few threads about this in the grassroots forum. The campaign needs to know about this.
I don't like telling people what to do but I suggest that everyone who reads this let them know about it.
