newb question: Transferring from mtgox to bitstamp

There should be a deposit/withdrawal button that will either use a previous 'send to' address or create one for you.

Me, not really, and I give them my bank info already to buy coins fast.

If you are concerned with that you should check out https://localbitcoins.com/buy_bitcoins and pay anonymously with cash deposit at a bank, or consider using a shared wallet.

I never I never used bitstamp but there should be a button marked funding, or withdraw/deposit, or something, if you can see your balance on the screen try clicking that, and it might take you to your funds details page

It's because of KYC/money laundering regulations. If they didn't do this, they'd risk getting shut down. CampBX doesn't require it to move small amounts around... you can withdraw up to $1000/day without KYC verification to your bank, or have a money order sent to you. You can also fund your account via personal check or money order.
