I've created a new Web site in support of Congressmen Ron Paul, called "Paul on Paper.com".

www.paulonpaper.com

The purpose of the Web site is to organize and cross-index documents authored by Congressmen Paul. There are currently 500 documents indexed and we are working to add many more.

I am a long-time supporter of Ron Paul and his "Freedom Principles" and have learned much from what he has written over the years. However, I found it difficult to locate his documents on the Web related to a specific topic. This Web site aims to make such searching easier.

I would appreciate any help you could bring to drive traffic to the site, allowing people to better understand Ron Paul's principles.

This site is privately funded and does not have any advertising associated with it.

Thank you and best regards,

Paul on Paper.com

That is outstanding - a lot of good material and organized. I'll let you know if I come across anything to add.

Brilliant. I'll get this on our "best links" list under the "Writings" group.

One idea for you if you wanted to take it a step further is to add a section for notable quotes on the different topics. Obviously the selection is a bit subjective but it might be good for the more casual viewer who is trying to learn without spending too much time. It can also be a good reference for Ron Paul supporters to use when posting online and defining what Ron Paul stands for. We're got a few here:

I also have some here based on specific topics (see end of first post):
http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=424 - Middle East
http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=100 - Health Freedom
http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=123 - National ID cards

Also, on the topics page, an alternate format could be to follow the issues breakdown and grouping as the campaign web site:

Not that it isn't good now, I'm just trying to feed your creativity and obvious willingness to get something done. Just some thoughts, but again- really great job!

Very well done. Is there a way to sort the entire list of documents by date? It would be interesting to see everything chronologically. Keep up the good work.

To all: Thanks for the encouraging words!

Bryan: Great idea about adding quotes! I've updated the site to add a selected quote to the top of each topic page. If anyone has a better quote for a topic -- let me know!

WhiteWhaleHolyGrail:
We're looking at adding a list of all documents by date. It's going to be a long list, so we need to consider how best to display it.

Please keep the suggestions coming!

Hit Counter

Have you considered adding a hit counter to your web site? It's a tremendous resource, thanks for assembling this important collection.

Yeah, awesome!

With Ron Paul catching fire with smart web savvy people like this, WATCH OUT GOP and MSM!!!

Great site indeed.

Another minor feature that could be useful to some people (I don't now how many, and if it's worth the effort) would be to include some indicator of article size (word count, character count, whatever provides a relative estimate). If semi-casual readers are looking for some good content, but have limited time/interest, then being able to pick out the smaller articles could be useful. Otherwise, people might click on a few articles, realize that they're large, and give up trying to dig through all the rest to find something of a more manageable size.

Very nice site. I look forward to linking to many of the articles to prove all of the nonbelievers out there wrong.
