In reality, still hardly anybody knows about Peter Schiff in CT.

Peter's views are quite capable of being a hit around here, but he needs to begin his media blitz soon.

This is why I think the policy elite never worry about getting the people to believe in what they want, just the politicians who are great at "shaping" the message to get the people in line.

The majority of people simply do not think.

The general election against Blumenthal also has a lot to do with name recognition. People at least have heard of Simmons and McMahon. Unfortunately voters are rather ignorant of the issues. While Peter most likely has a more attractive platform to CT voters than Simmons or McMahon, he may lose if he doesn't work his arse off with media and event appearances to build recognition.

The voters in Connecticut need to decide if they want an election or a coronation. There is a huge difference between an election and a coronation. The race is over only if Peter rolls over and quits. "I have not yet begun to fight!" John Paul Jones.
