New Herman Cain Economic Plan with changes from the 999

Here is the new economic plan from Herman Cain. It is good to see that Herman has changed his plan to 0000. This is good news, because it has more digits and... the numbers are smaller and more easily understood.

Cain is picking up the Huckabee "Fair" Tax voters with his 999 plan. We need to show them that Ron Paul is more electable and more fiscally conservative and more consistent, and remind them that Cain worked for the Fed and thought TARP bailouts were a good idea. Cain later changed his mind, but as usual, Ron Paul was right all along.
