Nothing newsworthy here, this happens every day.

Just wanting to point out the hypocrisy of the regime and the "abused innocents" aka the American people.

What would your reaction be, Mr and Mrs. John Q. Public, if Pakistan was conducting daily raids in the US that were killing US troops and US civilians?

NATO raid kills eight Pakistan troops, Pakistan officials say

YAKKAGHUND, Pakistan (Reuters) - NATO helicopters from Afghanistan intruded into northwest Pakistan and attacked a military check post near the border on Saturday, killing eight troops and wounding four, Pakistani intelligence officials said.

The attack comes as relations between the United States and Pakistan, its ally in the war on terror, are already strained following the killing of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden by U.S. special forces in a secret raid on the Pakistani garrison town of Abbottabad in May.

A Pakistani military spokesman confirmed the pre-dawn attack in the tribal region of Mohmand and said casualties had been reported, but gave no details.

"NATO helicopters carried out an unprovoked and indiscriminate firing on a Pakistani check post in Mohmand agency, casualties have been reported and details are awaited," the spokesman told Reuters.

Two intelligence officials in the region said that eight Pakistani troops had been killed and four wounded in the attack on the Salala check post, about 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the Afghan border.

The attack took place around 02:00 a.m. (2100 GMT) in the Baizai area of Mohmand, where Pakistani troops are engaged in fighting Taliban militants.

A spokesman for the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force in Kabul said the coalition there was aware of "an incident" and was gathering more information.

Since US corporate Media censors and propagandizes US killing news... here's what is being said over in Pakistan

What should be Pakistans response on Nato attack?? which killed more than 20 pak. troops.
I saw this news on ARY News, a spokesman in Israeli embassy in New Delhi said, "that Countries like Pakistan, and Iran should not be allowed to use terrorists as proxies to promote their fanatic political aims".

I think this is the first time that Israel official directly threaten us.

At least 25 Pakistani soldiers have been killed and 14 others injured in an attack by a NATO helicopter on the Mohmand Agency in northwestern Pakistan, which has been slammed by the Pakistani army as "unprovoked and indiscriminate." http://www.presstv.ir/detail/212180.html

Senior U.S. diplomatic and military officials eventually apologized for the attack, saying it could have been prevented with greater coordination between the U.S. and Pakistan. Pakistan responded by reopening the border crossing.

Do you ever wonder if they (this administration) are just really trying to piss them (other foreign countries) off and create a more troubled world wide climate for the US?
You gotta wonder, after having intentionally bankrupted the nation..... why other way could put the US in an extremely precarious position?

Hey, at least they get an apology.

When it happens to us, we get bupkis.

Here is what I want to know: Since when does the f'ing North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) have ANY business in PAKISTAN helping with American anti-terror operations? The US/NATO basically attacked Pakistan with this incident. They say that "Pakistani troops were in the 'area' fighting taliban" and that "the border region was poorly marked" but those forces knew what they were doing. They took out Pakistani millitary members who they felt were sympathetic towards the Taliban. Or maybe they didn't, I've not been able to find one real reason why the incident even took place.

How much longer are we going to tolerate this?

Give me Ron Paul or give me death!

Tolerate it?

The vast majority of your fellow citizens support it.

The way I see it, there really are only three choices, none of them real good, and that includes doing what needs to be done to put the kibosh on the ever increasing police state as well:

A - Continue on with political action and education, including RP 2012. This may very well prove to be too little, too late, for every yard we push the system back, it dodges and weaves and laterals to take three more forward.

B - Hunker down and ride the whirlwind, surviving and evading as best as you can. This is not suitable for long term survival though, because very shortly the system will have a surveillance grid in place that is tight enough to track every single person, every minute of every day.

C - Drag the masses of asses along, kicking and screaming, whether they like it or not, into liberty, through revolution. This is was what happened in 1776. Very doubtful that it could be done again.

NATO is currently commanding operations in Afghanistan.

What ever happened to walk softly and carry a big stick?
That was the old policy.

The new policy:

Speak loudly
break stick into many pieces
wear stick pieces down to nubs
borrow money from China for more sticks
call this strategy "strength"
repeat

The latest:
Pakistan demands US vacate air base after deadly strikes

The Pakistani government has demanded the United States vacate an air base within 15 days after blaming NATO air forces for the fatal attack on military outposts in northwest Pakistan.

The government issued the demand Saturday after NATO helicopters and jet fighters allegedly attacked two Pakistan army posts along the Afghan border, killing up to 28 Pakistani soldiers and plunging U.S.-Pakistan relations deeper into crisis.

Pakistan initially retaliated by shutting down vital NATO supply routes into Afghanistan, used for sending in nearly half of the alliance's shipments by land.

The White House said senior U.S. civilian and military officials extended condolences to their Pakistani counterparts following the airstrike. The unidentified officials also expressed a desire to work with Pakistan to investigate the deaths.

Pakistan tells CIA to GTFO. Excellent.

Pakistan tells CIA to GTFO of the AIRBASE the CIA was using to launch drone assaults.

from the article above (recent) (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/45442885/ns/world_news-south_and_central_asia/#.TtGvG1aHPlt)
Shamsi Air Base is located in southwestern Baluchistan province. The U.S. is suspected of using the facility in the past to launch armed drones and observation aircraft to keep pressure on Taliban and al-Qaida militants in Pakistan's tribal region

from July: http://articles.boston.com/2011-07-04/news/29736648_1_drone-strikes-drone-program-pakistan-base
Three months ago, the CIA suspended its longstanding use of an air base in Pakistan as a launch site for armed drones targeting members of Al Qaeda and other militant groups, according to US and Pakistani officials.

US personnel and Predator drones remain at the facility, in the southern province of Baluchistan, with security provided by the Pakistani military, officials from both countries said. In recent days, Pakistan has publicly declared that it “ended’’ all US flights from the base in the wake of the secret US commando raid that killed Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in May.

there's a lot going on here. and the media doesn't seem to know what story to tell when it comes to US involvement.
