Some people have said that is a virus distributor or a phishing site, but the website is definitely not run by NASA.

With all of those rocks laying around it shouldn't be too awfully hard to find a close enough match.

If this were real, then here's how it would play out:

NASA spokesman on Oct. 6: "If Congress had passed a budget by now, we'd be giving you a huge earth shattering announcement today. It would change all of your lives forever. Trust me. This is no joke. Once Congress passes a budget with all the funding NASA and Obamacare need, then we'll be able to tell you."

American people to all their congressmen: "Do your jobs! Pass a budget! Fund Obamacare, so we can find out there's intelligent life somewhere else in the Solar System!"

Congress on Oct. 8: *passes budget fully funding NASA and Obamacare and everything else*

Press to NASA spokesman: "Well?"

NASA spokesman (pulling a Beck): "Well what?"

Space program is the very heart of change across the board. The entire board. Everything. Space program is never closed for business.
