I heard some guy on the radio (call-in show) saying that he was in the Marines and he knows what goes on behind the scenes when your Daddy is one of the higher-ups, as is the case for McCain.

Sounds like there's been a lot of "pull" there...McCain's not all the man he makes himself out to be, it seems. What a total jerk.

BTW, even Michael Medved, McCain's lackey, said the McCain did horribly in the debate. LOL.

I've noticed this too and it's been very obvious. Him and Giluiani are very disrespectful. Can you believe that we actually had someone on here last night who thought that John McCain would have Ron Paul as his running mate? His father was an Admiral. His grandfather was an Admiral.

You don't think it's a coincidence that there were two generations of Admirals, do you? Of course there was privilege in moving up the ranks due to fatherly connections. Hell, McCain was the family failure - his career stagnated at Captain and he retired at that far less prestigious rank. And not for a career in politics, at least at first.
