It's surreal. It's just astonishing that this drivel is not only still tolerated but cheered at enthusiastically. Check out John's ridiculous misstatement about the founding principals of the U.S. and how it mandates our continual military intervention abroad (from about 10:39 to 11:08). What a filthy scum bucket of a human being.

I heard it the first time and there is no fucking way I'd listen to it again. It makes me want to vomit, on him.

He is an evil man that enjoys killing people.

It's not even 90% neocon. It's 100% neocon! It just seems so "out of fashion." Leave it to a corrupt old dinosaur like McSame, I guess..I mean Lieberman could not even have out done this speech. Or John Bolton. Or Bill Kristol.

Traitor!!

“Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say 'what should be the reward of such sacrifices?' Bid us and our posterity bow the knee, supplicate the friendship and plough, and sow, and reap, to glut the avarice of the men who have let loose on us the dogs of war to riot in our blood and hunt us from the face of the earth? If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!”
~Samuel Adams

McCain has an unhealthy thirst for blood. He was taken captive and tortured in Viet Nam and he intends to reap his revenge on any brown person he can. Name a foreign village most people have never heard of and McCain wants them all dead. That village likely never heard of 911 or NYC. He is a product of the military industrial complex and the statists worship him.

The man loves war, as long as he doesn't have to fight it. Yeah I know he was a "POW", but what most people don't know is he actually gained weight as a "POW", while others starved to death.

If I were a religious person, I'd have no problem speculating that John McCain will burn in hell for all eternity.

But I'm not.

For the most part I think it doesn't matter which establishment candidate wins, they will do the same things, but with McCain I am not so sure, he might have started WW3 by now despite his handlers' orders.

But I'm not.

There will be a lot of politicians and bankers there. I see most of the Rothschild family there, especially since they worship Lucifer now.

This speech makes me sick.

There should be no secrets from the american people. Everything that the government does should be laid out on the table for everyone to Judge.

All this man wants to do is bomb people that don't agree with us. All he talks about is our interests overseas.....what about our interests at home??? There are people sick and dying here in america that that money could be well spent on. I hate sounding like a socialist, but i would rather have that money spend at home to clothe and feed the needy rather than used to drop Bombs overseas.

Rat, snitch, cooperator, are terms that describe the actions required to thrive in a POW camp...

He's NOT one of my representatives!

So glad he didn't win in 2008. He would have been an even bigger warmonger than Obama which is pretty hard to do.

Imagine if this was said at the RNC...

John Quincy Adams on U.S. Foreign Policy (1821)

And now, friends and countrymen, if the wise and learned philosophers of the elder world, the first observers of nutation and aberration, the discoverers of maddening ether and invisible planets, the inventors of Congreve rockets and Shrapnel shells, should find their hearts disposed to enquire what has America done for the benefit of mankind?

Let our answer be this: America, with the same voice which spoke herself into existence as a nation, proclaimed to mankind the inextinguishable rights of human nature, and the only lawful foundations of government. America, in the assembly of nations, since her admission among them, has invariably, though often fruitlessly, held forth to them the hand of honest friendship, of equal freedom, of generous reciprocity.

She has uniformly spoken among them, though often to heedless and often to disdainful ears, the language of equal liberty, of equal justice, and of equal rights.

She has, in the lapse of nearly half a century, without a single exception, respected the independence of other nations while asserting and maintaining her own.

She has abstained from interference in the concerns of others, even when conflict has been for principles to which she clings, as to the last vital drop that visits the heart.

She has seen that probably for centuries to come, all the contests of that Aceldama the European world, will be contests of inveterate power, and emerging right.

Wherever the standard of freedom and Independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will her heart, her benedictions and her prayers be.

But she goes not abroad, in search of monsters to destroy.

She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all.

She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.

She will commend the general cause by the countenance of her voice, and the benignant sympathy of her example.

She well knows that by once enlisting under other banners than her own, were they even the banners of foreign independence, she would involve herself beyond the power of extrication, in all the wars of interest and intrigue, of individual avarice, envy, and ambition, which assume the colors and usurp the standard of freedom.

The fundamental maxims of her policy would insensibly change from liberty to force....

She might become the dictatress of the world. She would be no longer the ruler of her own spirit....

[America's] glory is not dominion, but liberty. Her march is the march of the mind. She has a spear and a shield: but the motto upon her shield is, Freedom, Independence, Peace. This has been her Declaration: this has been, as far as her necessary intercourse with the rest of mankind would permit, her practice.

When John Quincy Adams served as U. S. Secretary of State, he delivered this speech to the U.S. House of Representatives on July 4, 1821, in celebration of American Independence Day.
