The Kentucky Club For Growth rounded up. Martha Jane King scored a dismal 20% on their fiscal responsibility rating in 2011, and scored a "worse than dismal" 19% in 2012. That's 19.5 in my book.

I'm glad a fiscal conservative who respects our Constitution is running against her! We need a lot fewer representatives like Martha Jane King in the Kentucky Legislature.
As bad as King is, it could be worse. My House representative is Ruth Ann Palumbo. She managed to score an 8 on the same fiscal rating. We're actively looking for a replacement for her, too.
