But how can that be ?

The State Republican parties and the RNC said they didn't want or need us and our vote.

Isn't that why they they worked so hard to demoralize us and take away our seats and our rights both in the States and at the convention, instead of building bridges, they poured gasoline on them and torched them. That goes for the other 'grassroots' groups as well.

Like many people have said "Karma is a bitch".

Romney's campaign was never to win, it was to get Obama re-elected. The establishment accomplished everything they wanted to do except completely erasing Dr. Paul's message. And this idea that Paul supporters costs Romney the election is just another tactic to turn the mass against the message.
 
This could go one of two ways...

Either they learn to embrace our ideas, or they despise us for not supporting theirs.

In the first case, they will gain support and can begin winning elections again. In the latter case, they will crumble and new parties will emerge. Either way, we win.

The first way would be a hell of lot faster. And cleaner.

Well they, and not we, are doing the soul searching looking for a new direction...They should just start looking at us!
 
Yeah, they're dumbfounded by the number of white voters who didn't even show up at the polls.

Evangelicals ignored Romney by 1/4. Why aren't they getting any flack? Why are RP supporters taking all the flack?

First time I've heard it said that way. You're exactly right, I'm not pissed that Obama got in. Years ago I'd have been doing some soul searching but frankly I'm all good in the soul department after this one. People are flabergasted that I'm not crying over Obama getting 4 more.
 
Well Romney lost Iowa (Ron Paul country), Nevada (Ron Paul Country), New Hampshire (Ron Paul Country), I could go on and on. Where RP made significant inroads at the state government level, Romney lost big time.... coincidence??? ;)

Yeah, this is sort of amusing. We can't decide if we want to be pissed at the GOP for blaming us for their loss or if we want them to acknowledge that they couldn't win without us.

I don't think those two positions are necessarily mutually exclusive, but we need to become a little more coherent in our position.
