Rapper Lil Wayne caused waves Thursday night after meeting with President Trump and endorsing him for election, touting the President’s plan to provide more financial support for black Americans.

Wayne, real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., posted a photo of himself with Trump, tweeting “Just had a great meeting with [President Donald Trump]”.
“Besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform,” Wayne continued, “the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done.”

Miami-Dade Police had called in federal authorities after receiving a tip that the plane was transporting weapons and marijuana.

When FBI agents boarded the jet, Wayne told them he had a gold-plated gun in his luggage, according to search warrants obtained by the Miami Herald.
He said the gun was a Father's Day gift.
Prosecutors say they also found bullets, cocaine, marijuana and nearly $26,000 in cash on the plane.
