Life Expectancy by Region (1950-2050)

A more meaningful number would be life expectancy after having survived infancy, childhood and adolescence - infant mortality being what it is.

Or life expectancy having exceeded the age of eligibility for the military draft.

Or, for me (LOL), life expectancy after having retired.

Not surprising that Africa would have the lowest life expectancy no matter what decade.
