Hello Lads,

As I was conducting researches on Ron Paul for my thesis on the inception of paleolibertarianism in the US, i stumbled upon this forum. Which is to my surprise still very active (i thought those were remnants of the pasts).

Considering the biased representation the libertarian movement receives in the media, i thought i'd directly survey you to get know your political views better. To be more precise, I'd like to know in which way the political and economical positionment of libertarian activists (which I believe you consider yourself to be) tends to differ, or converge, with the most influencial authors, thinkers, politicians, of the movement.

Thus, if you would be so kind as to fill out the following survey, it would greatly aid my researching endeavors:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1...XYKmR3cavl4CIxT5UBTE2cIg/viewform?usp=sf_link

Know that this will take about 5 minutes to fill out and that it is split in 2 sections. The first one focuses on your personal politic and economic views, whereas the second part focuses on your affinities with the authors that in some fashion paved the way for this movement.

About me : I am in my first year of P.H.D in History of economic thought at Paris Panthéon Sorbonne University.

Thanks in advance to everyone that will take the time to answer this survey. I'll answer every relevant question for the following weeks.
As this is my first contribution on this forum, let me know if I breached any of your community guidelines.
Cheers :)
