Appearing Tuesday night on Fox Business Network's "Lou Dobbs Tonight," Bright said the two-term Graham has lost touch with South Carolinians. Nancy Mace, the first female graduate of the Citadel, and businessman Richard Cash also hope to oust Graham.

That might be a good thing.If they hold him below 50%,easier to do with more people in the mix,the top two vote getters have a run-off.

Yeah I could see that if it is a fairly even split between all contenders. I it sounds like SC and Georgia elections work the same way. No one wins until someone gets 50+1% of the vote.

The more candidates in the Primary, the better to force a run-off. The only problem that could arise is if another challenger (other than Bright or Mace) comes in second. Polling will give an indicator if that is happening.
