The billionaire Koch brothers have pumped their inordinate wealth into yet another pet project -- raising awareness of the plight of Weldon Angelos, a rap record label founder who was sentenced to 55 years in prison under mandatory minimum sentencing laws after he was caught selling marijuana to the same police informant on three separate occasions.

I took the article to say they let the guy sell the informant weed 3 times before arresting him. I wonder how they define a sale? Is it like someone giving you 20 bucks and asking you to pick something up at the store. You ring that up separate and it's 2 sales? Or I have gotten groceries before and bought things, then realize I forgot something and get one more item, then realize I had some change left over and grab a candy bar. 3 sale receipts.
