Senator Williams Responds to Federal Judge Ruling Parts of Health Care Reform Legislation Unconstitutional!
A federal judge struck down the Obama administration’s health reform law Monday, moving reform’s most significant challenge one step closer to the Supreme Court. In Kentucky the State's Attorney General, Jack Conway, called this referred to the suit as a 'Waste of Money and Time.' Seems that it was neither and is a lawsuit that is a matter of principle. Proving again he'd rather spend time appointing a major fundraiser to the ethics panel (the same panel that was overseeing his case with the Energy companies) and allegedly helping covering up his brother's drug investigation. Guess he did need a lesson in Constitutional law after all.
